Venturing is technically worse than drawing a card so its best to venture many times per turn to generate enough value to stay alive and kill your opponents

Being more of an entry-level set, it is a great way to get introduced to Magic

Both Gyarados and Magikarp are iconic Pokmon, and the fact that they are featured on the first Shining cards makes these singles highly desirable

I also appreciate that it stores away cards that are discarded for any reason, perhaps from cycling, or an opponents hand disruption effect

But it isnt as great on its own
